Sr. Recruiter

Temporary/Contract 4-6 month

Remote, work from Home. Must live in the state of IL. Preferred Chicago Hartford area.

Monday - Friday - 8:00 - 5:00


5 plus years of recruitment experience

75% role is going to be pipeline and sourcing talent from competitors for key roles ongoing

In addition will handle approx 5-10 reqs

Seeking recruiter with experience with HR/Benefits/ Info Technology recruiting

Direct sourcing from competitors- cold calling and passive recruiting

Technical skills Data Reporting and statuses with excell, savy w ATS systems

Strong communication, relationship building skills required

Preferable experience working in Financial Services

Resource will be 100% dedicated to supporting BSWIFT Benefit Admin.


Duties:

Sourcing talent and pipelining from competitors

Soup to nuts reqs

Reporting and updating status reports and ATS

Candidate management and providing pipeline of talent ongoing


Experience:

5+ years recruiting experience


Education:

High School Diploma
