Our Leadership Development Program:
Pentair's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to excel in today's fast-paced world. The program is designed to develop high caliber individuals into future Finance leaders. The program provides participants the opportunity to gain high level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization.
The Finance Leadership Development Program is a three year program consisting of three, 12 month rotations within one+ locations. The program will begin in August 2021 and give participants exposure to different facets of finance through rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Rotation areas may include: Controlling, Business Finance, Enterprise FP&A and Investor Relations & Treasury.
