The Neenah-Menasha Y Growth and Development department is currently hiring Lead Teachers and Program Assistants.Desired applicants will be energetic self-starters with a love of leading and teaching young children.
Qualifications
Lead TeachersThe Growth & Development Lead Teacher is responsible for the care and education of the children enrolled in Growth & Development program classes. They maintain a positive classroom environment, plan creative, engaging age appropriate activities for children 18 months - 7 years. They possess strong communication skills, have prior experience working with and leading young children and flexible morning schedules All staff maintain positive relationships with parents, members and other co-workers.
Program AssistantThe Growth and Development Program Assistantwill aide in the classroom with programming, based on the needs of Lead Teacher. They assist children with their needs, aide in maintaining a positive class environment, help with program preparation, communicate with parents and members.Ideal applicant ispatient, energetic and positive with a love for children.
