Regional Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator that can coordinate and manage the development of marketing proposals and statements of qualifications and support major proposal pursuits, which includes working with Project Managers and the project team to gather appropriate material/information needed to meet the requirements of issued RFQs/RFPs. This includes assembling and packaging proposals/documents from inception through final product, working with marketing support and/or administrative personnel to facilitate contacting sub-consultants and/or teaming partners to assure all information is accurately provided.

Responsibilities

* Create content for various proposal materials including, but not limited to, proposals, resumes, project descriptions, and market place boilerplate materials
* Schedule and coordinate proposal kick-off meetings
* Perform administrative QAQC on all marketing proposals
* Maintain updated resumes, project descriptions and boilerplate material
* Maintain & updated Cosential (CRM) which includes, opportunities, contacts and projects

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, or related field preferred
• 5-7 years' experience working in a Engineering firm as a Sr. Proposal Coordinator


• Capacity to manage multiple proposals and deadlines at once


• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills


• Excellent time management skills


• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills, a MUST


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite


• CRM experience (like SalesForce, Cosential) a plus
