Overview

The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing as a marketing program lead for the JK Moving Services Commercial Division. The Marketing Manager will have the ability to oversee and manage all tactics of target marketing, from lead generation and nurturing through to presentation development for opportunities and proposals as well as customer/account focused marketing. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end marketing management, including management of campaign documents, collateral creation and brand alignment across multiple platforms, including digital, print, event collateral and presentation materials. The role will track and analyze activities against KPIs and success metrics to determine ROI.

Responsibilities

End-to-end marketing program management, including specific campaign management across all marketing promotional tactics including digital, social, email, print, direct mail, events, and presentations.
• Develops marketing program strategy aligning with the business unit (Commercial) goals and measurable objectives, budget and key target audiences and sub-segments.


• Implements marketing tactics according to strategy and campaign plans; measures results and adjusts tactics/plan as needed.


• Ensures brand alignment of creative and use of one voice in messaging in all marketing promotion and presentations.


• Develops needed marketing and sales materials, which includes presentations and accompanying materials.


• Maintains marketing program and campaign tracking documents.


• Generates ongoing performance analysis and reporting, tracking against KPIs, success metrics and budget to drive to ROM, ROI; provides regular analysis in terms of performance.


• Tracks and analyzes spending against existing budget.


• Contributes to key marketing initiatives to help with lead and sales generation.


• Coordinates creation of creative assets, including emails, digital banner ads and print ads.


• Event coordination and management, from on-site events to trade shows.


• Works with outside vendors and agencies when needed.


• Other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred; Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Liberal Arts considered with relevant experience.


• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with lead generation in a sales-driven organization. B2B experience is a must; additional B2G experience preferred.


• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategy, tactical management, and analysis.


• Hands-on experience with marketing campaign management, including digital, print, social, event, content marketing, and presentations.


• Understanding of the following a plus: marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Dynamics Marketing); CRMs (Dynamics, Salesforce), CMS (WordPress), digital project management (Basecamp, Trello)


• Understanding of budgeting and budget process a must.


• Ability to step in and support a robust proposal process as needs arise.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility, are vital to multi-task across many projects with varying deadlines.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Must be a team player who is innovative and strives for better ways to get the job done -- and who is willing to roll up her/his sleeves without asking.
