Position Summary


SUMMARY
The Maintenance Reliability Manager will develop, implement and execute all aspects of the Reliability Centered Maintenance program. The RCM program shall include maintaining CMMS system, identifying and analyzing failure modes of plant assets, review/revise/develop preventative maintenance procedures with appropriate content, frequency and task time, ensure appropriate storeroom levels of spare parts for key assets and provide conceptual information for CAPX projects. Functions as subject matter expert of the RCM program to drive cross functional proactive maintenance strategies across multiple production circuits throughout the plant. Provides detailed analysis to develop executable strategies to meet or exceed business objectives.

Essential Functions:
* Responsible for development/implementation/execution of RCM program driving a proactive maintenance approach to improve, sustain and maximize equipment uptime across multiple plant circuits gaining alignment with Operations and Maintenance departments.
* Facilitate the RCM process to ensure to both Maintenance and Operations to ensure compliance and applied correctly.
* Train, coach and mentor direct reports and members of the Maintenance organization on the RCM process and expectations.
* Collect and analyze data on equipment performance and failure modes to identify trends and proactive corrective actions.
* Ensure that manufacturer recommended PM and Spare Parts are implemented for new or newer equipment.
* Review/revise/develop with appropriate content and frequency with task time.
* Maintaining the CMMS maintenance system.
* Identify and recommend equipment/process changes using appropriate change management process.
* Review storeroom levels of spare parts are appropriate for assets; develop audit plan.
* Develop KPI's and monitor progress on key metrics.
* Provides meaningful data driven reports with cost effective solutions to solve equipment related issues.
* Thorough understanding of plant equipment, processes and procedures.
* Business acumen to devise and implement cost effective solutions.
* Projects assigned as required.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor safety metrics on all maintenance jobs.
* Review and approve timecards of direct reports as required.
* Performance management of direct reports.
* Monitors work practices, employee behavior, and job performance to improve productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Four year engineering degree or technical degree with 10 years of experience in managing the maintenance function within a reliability focused industrial organization.
* RCM certified or short course certificate.
* Previous CMMS experience i.e. Maximo, Oracle EAM, SAP et. al.

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of radiation and vibration. The noise in the work environment is usually loud.
