On site, manufacturers rely on our expertise in providing full management of these gases, advanced molecules and equipment and in helping to continuously improve production processes.</span></p></br><strong>Job Summary</strong><p><span>As a Depot Manager, you will lead and manage all warehouse depot activities for the 6 locations (</span><span>Fremont CA, Santa Fe Springs, CAPhoenix AZ, Worcester MA,</span><span>Tualatin, OR</span><span>, Austin TX) and 10 drivers.</span><span>This will include driving business targets and operational improvements while maintaining optimal product availability across the distribution network to achieve compliance, service, cost, and working capital objectives.</span></p>\n<p><span>Preferred location is Phoenix AZ, other location could be Dallas TX or Houston TX.</span></p></br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul>\n<li>Manage all aspects of ESG depot driver and inventory coordinator activities for all ESG depots. </li>\n<li>Ensure effective and DOT complaint driver training program implemented and maintained.</li>\n<li>Provide proactive leadership to ensure all applicable regulatory requirements are met for ESG depot operations, including DOT, OSHA, DHS, EPA, Air Liquide, and other applicable state and local requirements.</li>\n<li>Initiate and manage depot Management of Change activities as required.</li>\n<li>Actively participate in all depot external and internal audit activities, developing and implementing closure plans for audit findings. </li>\n<li>Follow established Quality System, maintaining ISO certification, completing root cause analysis and follow-up on depot-related Quality Incidents, and develop and maintain standard operating procedures for ESG depot operations.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain effective depot operating procedures.</li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements to improve overall safety, efficiency and reliability.</li>\n<li>Responsible for achieving 99+% inventory accuracy and on-time delivery, coordinating periodic cycle counts and ensuring all shipments, receipts, and returns are transacted each day.</li>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate with ESG 3rd party warehousing providers.</li>\n<li>Implement and maintain 5S at all ESG depot locations.</li>\n<li>Interface with ALEUS project engineering management to ensure depot project needs are included in capital plan and engineering resources secured as needed.</li>\n<li>Ensure required OSHA PSM and EPA RMP procedures are implemented and maintained.</li>\n<li>Responsible for managing and adhering to ESG Depot budget, ensuring timely processing of purchases orders and completion of payment approvals.</li>\n<li>Responsible for truck fleet administration and maintenance.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for depot operations.</li>\n<li>Establish effective depot preventative maintenance program required for compliant and reliable depot operations.
