Our Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria's. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

As Global Materials Management Director you will report to Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals Vice-President and be responsible for the materials management functions of Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals Product Line that includes Materials Planning, S&OP, Assets, and Inventory Management. You will ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborate with sales teams, direct interaction with customers, ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources. Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
As Global Material Management Director you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategy in line with an accurate forecast, delivery and cash management through concepts and changes implemented between the central team, product line and regions
- Providing leadership to the organization by inspiring commitment and engagement through setting a clear vision and direction
- Managing of a team of people covering the full range of DAWs within the family
- Creating and executing product line strategy and goals to ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations
- Building efficient relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high level of service delivery
- Implementing and measuring KPI's associated with the product line to understand customer and market demands
- Positioning strategic solutions to meet market needs based on knowledge of competitors and customers' industry and operations
- Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Have experience in managing others for at least 2 years
- Have experience in and/or outside the organization with typically 10+ years relevant business experience
- Have experience in S&OP and forecasting, MRP, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
- Show solid previous experience and understanding of Oilfield Chemicals business
- Show analytical and collaboration skills to lead decision-making processes in a team environment
- Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes
- Have experience and understanding of HSE systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies
- Show a clear understanding of the business, customers and competitors in order to innovate value for our customers
