Join BBH as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist!

We're looking for a strong recruiter to lead and manage end to end recruitment in our service delivery line of business. Clients include fund services, alternatives, custody and client service. In this role you'll develop recruiting plans to deliver critical talent to the business, provide relevant market updates to your clients, and work in close collaboration with your HRBP colleagues to ensure effective workforce planning and service delivery.

Successful candidates will have experience with full-cycle recruiting and demonstrate an ability to employ a range of innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high caliber talent. You'll screen and interview candidates and use your good judgment to make recommendations to hiring managers. You'll use your strong influencing skills to coach managers on our competency-based interview process, and facilitate a fair and effective selection process. You'll demonstrate a high level of client service by representing the BBH brand and providing an exceptional candidate experience to internal and external applicants. You'll use your analytical skills to provide recruiting metrics to your clients, leveraging our existing dashboards and available reporting capabilities.

Experience and Skills that will make you a great candidate:


  • 5+ years recruitment experience dealing with professional level candidates strongly preferred, or other HR business partnering experience

  • Demonstrated customer focus and strong action orientation

  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees, including those at the senior levels of the organization

  • Ability to think strategically, independently and creatively, and take ownership of critical issues.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage time, priorities and projects

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work well independently and in a high performing and dispersed team

  • Knowledge of Workday preferred
