Hours: variable

Reporting to their direct Supervisor, the Senior Clinical Therapist will provide clinical care (evaluations, treatments, documentation, and professional communication), as well as assist their Supervisor with staff development, management support and liaison, administrative tasks, and clinical supervision/mentoring new hires, graduate interns, and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology program required.
  
  


• 
  Experience
  
  
  • Five years previous experience as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist strongly preferred.
  
  
  • Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Licensure and/or Certification
  
  
  • BLS required within 4 months from hire.
  
  
  • Current license to practice physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech pathology in Massachusetts required.
