Role Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support Vice Presidents and/or Executive Vice Presidents(s) to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. May also provide support to a department or other leaders. This position requires application of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to exercise sound decision-making at all times.
We have a total of 4 Administrative Assistant openings in the following areas:
Shared Services - Human Resources/Marketing/Communications
Shared Services - Procurement/Facilities/Corporate Services/Federal Business Development
Shared Services - Information Technology
Federal Contracts - Government Health Administrators/Military and Veterans Health (GHA/MVH)
In this role you will:
Provide administrative support to Vice President(s) and/or Executive Vice President(s)
Respond to and resolves inquiries and questions
Utilize various business applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting notes
Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, and email
Maintain various files, records, and complex calendars
Performs bookkeeping and account/contract management support
Assists with employee recruiting and onboarding processes
Event planning support
Coordination of office moves
May arrange business travel, coordinate meetings and track expenses
May maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

You need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent
