Overview

Our i3 team is searching for a motivated and skilled team-oriented software developer to support medium to high fidelity simulations for an Army Ground-Based Midcourse Defense program. Developers will work in an agile team-oriented environment to modify and improve existing simulations to satisfy customer analysis and program assessment objectives.

Our i3 team is searching for a motivated and skilled team-oriented software developer to support medium to high fidelity simulations for an Army Ground-Based Midcourse Defense program. Developers will work in an agile team-oriented environment to modify and improve existing simulations to satisfy customer analysis and program assessment objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 or more years of professional development experience from an ABET accredited school in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Object-Oriented Programming (C++, C#, Java).


• Linux (preferred) and Windows experience.


• Object-Oriented Design and Software Architecture.


• Working with team-based Software Development Tools (Git, Jira, etc.).


• Familiarity with Agile and Continuous Integration Development.


• Software Refactoring, Debugging, & Root-Cause Analysis.


• Software Testing and Automation.


• Ability to obtain and maintain Active SECRET security clearance required.


• U.S. Citizenship is required..

Preferred Experience:

• C++, C#, Java or Python.


• Real-time simulation development and/or simulation frameworks.


• Software threading and data communications.


• Databases and high-volume data generation.


• DoD software development and the BMDS and/or GMD system.
