Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing Operations

The Channel Marketing Operations manager will be the primary operational liaison for the global partner/channel marketing teams and will interface with supporting teams to execute on a global channel marketing roadmap. The ideal candidate will need to possess a global mindset and service all regions, consolidate and document business requirements accounting for regional variations, translate them into operational projects and tasks, drive them to completion while leveraging a cross functional team and communicate effectively to their key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support the AMER, EMEA and APAC partner and the Global Alliances marketing teams, from a marketing operations perspective.
Liaison with demand center and sales operations teams to drive channel marketing initiatives and interlock
Own and drive the roadmap and business requirements for the channel marketing technology stack which currently includes the Partner Portal, Partner Directory and Partner Lead Management in conjunction with the channel marketing leadership team
Lead and represent channel marketing in technology roadmap development and execution with global marketing operations and IT.
Coordinate training as required for channel marketing on systems and the related operational processes
Develop annual channel marketing KPIs and reporting for monthly or quarterly reviews
Manage top line metrics updates and readouts as required by channel or marketing leadership team
Manage and report on workstreams as required by the Channel Acceleration Council
Manage and drive the channel marketing database contact augmentation in Marketo and Salesforce.com in support of the to-partner communications strategy
Manage the processes for partner account database augmentation and channel marketing list uploads into Marketo and Salesforce.com
Manage contracted resources to ensure continued database augmentation of channel marketing partner accounts and contacts to meet quarterly and annual objectives
Primary Smartsheet administrator for Americas field and partner teams as it pertains to the global marketing calendar
Qualifications
10 years experience in Marketing required
Partner Marketing experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
