RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspecting and counting product from containers, pick locations and throughout the distribution center.


• Count inventory to build accurate reports.


• Investigate inventory discrepancies in a timely and orderly fashion, while also following company guidelines.


• Collaborate with other departments on inconsistent records.


• Monitor and ensure that all inventory is updated and recorded in system.


• Keeps work areas clean and safe.


• May perform other duties as assigned or Directed by Management.


• Required to work O/T or Weekends as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for this position must have the ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to read and understand Basic English a plus. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's is required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School or equivalent, previous distribution center experience a plus.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
