POSITION SUMMARY:

Directly reports to the Assistant Director of Corporate Compliance. Under normal supervision and/or according to detailed instructions, performs clerical functions such as: answering the Departmental phone line, photocopying, date stamping correspondence, ordering of supplies, and data entry into the Departmental tracking application. In addition this person, under the direction of the Assistant Director, will be responsible for performing the initial provider exclusion checks.

REQUIREMENTS:



Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.



Knowledge:


  • A basic command of clerical responsibilities including: standard knowledge related to general office equipment usage



Skills:


  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Ability to function as a team player

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to enter into a SQL database; experience with general data entry.

  • Ability scan and attach documents

  • Above average accuracy with respect to work product

  • Excellent organizational skills



Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:


  • None



Work Experience:


  • One year of office or clerical experience required.
