Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible for the intake and prep of mortgage files. In addition, you will be cross-trained on and perform multiple functions within the team. This person must be prepared to offer insight on processes and look for improvement while being able to adapt to changes on the fly and carry out all tasks with a sense of urgency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; possess ability to prioritize workload and operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deliverables and function calmly in situations of high stress and tight timetables.
• Ability to communicate effectively, build and maintain rapport with customers, third parties, investors, colleagues, peers, and other departments
• Ability to think independently
• Effectively and professionally represent yourself, your department, and your manager
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to stand for long periods required for some positions
• Ability to type 40-50 words per minute required for some positions
• Excellent eyesight and attention to detail
