Job Description

The clinical recruiter partners with hiring managers to develop and implement proactive and creative recruitment strategies/tools to source, assess and pre-qualify highly preferred job candidates.The primary recruitment focus is nursing with some coordination of staff supporting allied health recruitment.The role will be responsible for collaborating on building recruiting plans, ensuring pre-qualification and presentation of top candidates to hiring managers, leading and facilitating post interview calibration processes, and developing and negotiating offers with candidates.Targeting the best qualified candidates, this recruiter will develop strategies to attract and retain staff as well as provide support to new hires.Recruits candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to include the utilization of our applicant pool, direct sourcing, internet postings and search, networking, employee referrals, reactivation campaigns, job fairs, referral programs, visits to schools, and other additional cost-effective sources.The clinical recruiter will assist the director in the day-to-day recruitment operations that may include coordinating work, management of recruitment advertising and staff training and coaching.

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE.

QUALIFICATIONS

WorkDay Experience strongly preferred

B.S./B.A. in health care or human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three (3) to five (5) plus years of clinical recruitment and selection experience, preferably in an acute care hospital or health system environment.

Proficient in use of MS Office applications.

Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
