Serve as the primary CRM expert for TUV SUD Americas and partner with the Global CRM team to share best-practices across legal entities and support unified CRM governance globally
Maintain a cross-divisional CRM key-user organization in the Americas region and promote system changes/enhancements to extended CRM community
Ensure optimization of CRM tools and consistent usage across all Sales and Marketing teams in the Americas.
Help align additional internal and external tools along the lead-to-cash process, as applicable, with interconnection to CRM
Proactively work with business leaders and provide sales reporting and dashboards to support the growth strategy of the region. In addition, drive further development of CRM tool and reporting capabilities to suit the changing needs of the region.
Act as a business partner to Sales management & Marketing with reporting needs and interpreting sales analytics to identify opportunities to increase sales and pipeline conversions
Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials as well as assist in onboarding new sales talent
Proven experience working in Sales Operations or Sales role with an understanding of Sales Processes, minimum 3-5 years
Experienced with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM systems, including report creation, training and
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines, with project management skills a plus
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
Articulate, professional, courteous, and effective manner with internal and external customers
Customer service-oriented
Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude
Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred
