What you will do…

• Utilizes Ohio Hiring Management System (OHMS) to coordinate the selection process by creating job postings, screening applications, scheduling and facilitating interviews/exams, closing out positions and email notifying applicants of filled positions


• Assists managers in developing prescreening criteria, structured interviews


• Coordinates employee onboarding


• Creates & updates agency position descriptions
