Position : Facility Maintenance

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs or scheduled or needed repairs on facility items including but not limited to dock doors, dock plates, fence, gates, painting, light repair, replacement, etc.
• Perform routine building maintenance
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs
• Conduct various analysis and inspections to determine the most cost effective means of maintenance, repair, or replacement
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance
• Maintain work area, tools, and equipment
• Operate a variety of diagnostic instruments and a variety of hand, electric, and air-driven tools
• Perform Data Entry in Maintenance Software to track repairs
• Keep shop and company tools clean and in good working order
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (extended hours as required)
• Must have basic set of tools
