Job Summary: 

As a Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for building Globalstar’s next-generation Mobile Application to support device-centric configurations and user experiences on Android and iOS.  BLE and REST API integration will be fundamental building blocks in the design.

App development will be done in a combination of Kotlin and iOS, however, and iOS knowledge of Swift and experience with iOS native APIs is a required skillset for helping build platform-specific modules that require this in-depth ability.

• Design, architect, develop and maintain advanced Android and iOS applications


• Work as a team to design, develop, test, deploy, and support native and hybrid mobile apps


• Collaborate with Scrum team members and stakeholders in a disciplined Agile environment


• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards


• Mentor teammates helping them grow professionally and personally


• Participate in our Agile delivery process, help size stories, and own, research and recommend new solutions


• Learn continuously, experiment and employ new technologies


• Perform technology evaluation and design spikes

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer


• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times


• May be required to work unpredictable hours in emergencies
