Job Description:

Lead production team through the assembly process to ensure our products meet quality and delivery requirements of the customer. Drive the sustainable performance of the team while maintaining a high level of respect and professionalism even in times of stress with support from the Production Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position supervises employees operating a manufacturing line in a production environment.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum education requirement: GED or High School Diploma (Associate Degree or higher preferred)


• Minimum 1-year experience manufacturing

Willing to learn technical and administrative skills:

• MTM knowledge


• Managing ability and skills to analyze problems.


• Training and guiding operators.


• Knowledge in Quality Systems such as IATF 16949, OHSAS

Computer and Technology Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite software and windows operating system.

ToolsNet

Camera software

Scanner software

Production performance tk site (HAL)

Language Skills:

The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through words and sentences. The ability to communicate clearly. Ability to write and communicate in English. German is also preferred.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
