Summary This position is in the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI), Office of Equal Opportunity and Fairness (OEOF) at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The Senior Diversity and Inclusion Program Analyst provides strategic advice and counsel to the OMWI Deputy Assistant Director and senior management on diversity and inclusion related issues.
Responsibilities As a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Program Analyst, you will:
Serve as a designated expert for diversity and inclusion programs across the Bureau. Works on agency-wide diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives designed to cultivate a diverse workforce and an inclusive environment.
Draft modifications to the Bureau's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategic plan, which addresses both efforts to enhance diversity within CFPB, and efforts to expand participation of minority and women-owned businesses to CFPB procurement opportunities.
Develop policies, action plans, programs and initiatives to promote, create and maintain a diverse, results-oriented, high-performing workforce; cultivate a flexible and inclusive work environment; facilitate outstanding service to CFPB's external customers; and ensure agency accountability and leadership.
