Position Title: Administrative Assistant, Workforce Management Department
Reports To: Workforce Management Manager
Department: Access2Care
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with staffing agencies nationwide to ensure proper documentation of staffing levels and audit weekly payroll invoices.
Work with multiple departments to ensure the validity of employees and maintain proper documentation; Recruiting, Payroll, HR, IT.
Assist the staffing agencies and Access2Care managers in converting contract employees to permanent employees. Understand the hiring process and assist the employees in completing all necessary documentation and communicate with all departments to ensure a smooth transition.
Assist in the timekeeping duties for all Access2Care agents and supervisors. Maintain accurate accounting records and investigate all requests for payroll changes.
Assist the logistics department in retrieving equipment for terminated agents. Help maintain any database materials to keep the equipment organized.
Run any intraday reports specified and communicate tasks to appropriate supervisor or management groups.
Schedule, verify and participate as necessary in meetings and appointments.
May compile reports, proposals and presentation materials.
Plan, coordinate and participate as directed in meetings and other off-site meetings.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Associate Degree or equivalent in experience
Computer skills to ensure proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point, MS Teams
Experience
Two years of experience in related field preferred
Maintaining clear and concise records using tools available in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skill required to achieve the goals of the position.
Other i.e., Knowledge and Skills:
Proven ability to write and communication in a well-organized, concise, and grammatically correct manner.
Demonstrated ability to prepare slide deck presentations related to the activities of the business.
Basic analytical skills necessary for evaluating department performance data and for understanding the department's financial performance.
Must have effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail oriented with a with an ability to organize.
