Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in education, curriculum design,behavioralsciences, higher education or related area
At least twoyears' experience workingwith studentsin a college or university setting
Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienceteachingin a college or university setting
Experience workingwithanacademic supportprogramsuch astutoring, peercoaching, or supplemental instruction
One year of supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of instructional design and collaborative teaching techniques
Knowledge of learning styles and adaptive techniques
Ability to plan, organize,monitor, and evaluate student support programming
Ability to adapt to and manage change
Ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationships with diverse student populations, university staff, faculty, and administrators
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability tomanage team ofgraduate and undergraduate students to deliver academic support programming
Skilled inorganizational and program development
Skilled in interpersonal and written communication
Skilled in working in a collaborative team environment
