L.E. Myers Company, a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc., one of the oldest and largest electrical contractors in the country, has an immediate opportunity for a Tool Room/Warehouse Helper to work at its Pasadena, TX office.

The tool room helper is an entry level opportunity to work within the warehouse. The warehouse is a direct support branch to field operations in regard to tooling, PPE, deliveries and light office maintenance. This position is located at our location in Pasadena, TX. Daily travel with deliveries and occasional overnight stays may be required.

• Load or unload operations equipment with proper tooling


• Work with the tool manager to plan various tasks to support operations


• Training on the repair of tooling and testing of various overhead line tooling


• Small engine repair such as generator


• Responsible for tool inspection and inventory


• Light maintenance projects within the District Office as requested


• Self-driven, timely and organized


• Light computer skills for email response and sending, excel and word


• Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable

Job Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and bend


• Able to read labels, follow instructions, and safety protocol


• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record


• Ability to travel occasionally to various locations in the area


• Seeking individuals who are team-oriented and self-starters with a positive attitude
