Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education earned by September 1, 2021 (relevant experience equivalencies might be considered)
At least two years of experience in program development and implementation
Applicable equivalencies may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical experience and/or training in diversity, equity, and inclusion
Two years of experience in diversity and inclusion-focused programming and/or community service
Two years of experience in higher education
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge in diverse, equitable, and inclusive best practices for students in higher education, hiring employees, and creating organizational culture
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Knowledge of the dynamics and challenges as well as the existing efforts related to diversity and inclusion within the University of Arkansas
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders within the university and the community
Strong training and facilitation skills
Leadership skills
Organizational skills
Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
