Position Description:
Production Technician must possess the ability to perform the following:
• Must be able to read assembly drawings and follow detailed instructions
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical instrumentation assembly
• Ability to layout and install sample handling/condition systems
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with Engineering, Quality and Materials personnel
• Must be extremely motivated to work at the highest production standards
• Must be well Organized and Detail Oriented
• Must be able to properly and safely use the following:
o Standard hand tools including, screw drivers, wrenches, ratchets, hammers, crimpers for contacts and cutting tools.
o Hand Soldering Iron
o Power Tools:
 Hand drill and bench drill, cutting wheel, grinder and band saw

Position Requirements:
1-3 years experience.
- Previous or Current experience with company as temporary or contractor strongly preferred.
-Good manipulative skill and facility with variety of hand tools and test gear.
-Sufficient knowledge of electronics to understand functional operation of items assembled to do less complicated production testing, rework and modification.
- Work effectively with co-workers, customers & others by sharing ideas in a positive manner; listening to & objectively considering ideas from others; keeping commitments, keeping others informed of progress, timetables & issues; addressing issues constructively to find mutually acceptable & practical solutions; addressing others by name, actions, words & deeds.
