Job Description and Responsibilities:
This position will provide essential talent acquisition support and will be the first line of contact for candidates as they apply for open positions. The successful candidate may also assist the HR teams on various projects. The Recruiting Coordinator will specifically coordinate the new hire candidate interview process, including: post job openings, create requisitions in our ATS, schedule interviews; reserve conference space, schedule required presentations/technical talks as needed; arrange for candidate travel; coordinate and order meals as necessary; and coordinate candidate travel expenses. The individual will also handle all company event planning.
