Civil Designer

Location: Frisco, Texas

Garver is seeking aCivil Designeror CAD Technician for ourFrisco, TX office to assist in planning, design, and construction documents development on a variety of aviation civil engineering projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• An Associate's degree or higher in drafting, design, or surveying, or combination of relevant coursework and drafting experience


• Understanding and application of drafting methods, standards, and procedures


• Working knowledge of drafting/design software and MS Office Products

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D


• 5+ years of related drafting experience in aviation, site, roadway, stormwater, and/or general civil-type projects


• Excellent communication skills


• Willingness to travel periodically and as needed in the course of execution of projects
