Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Regular update/maintenance/refinement of systems and reporting used in the event capture and recording process
  • Directly engage client/LOB team leads to validate event information and source required data points
  • Participate/Coordinate in special projects such as; data clean up, process improvement analysis, metrics reporting
  • Monitor rejects Hub Catch database to ensure items are cleared on a timely basis
  • Handling and monitoring issue and query mails and escalating issues promptly to the Team Leader/Manager
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
  • Relationship Management:
  • Communicate with internal business partners on a frequent basis
  • Manage business partner expectations and build a good rapport

Qualifications/Eligibility


  • Strong technical skills including accounting principles and theories
  • Knowledge of 40 ACTs Accounting
  • Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organizations
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients
  • Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Relationship building skills - develop internal and external partnerships to drive results
  • Expert use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and ability to present to senior management
  • Knowledge of operational controls, management reporting and KRI/KPI reporting desirable
