Regular update/maintenance/refinement of systems and reporting used in the event capture and recording process
Directly engage client/LOB team leads to validate event information and source required data points
Participate/Coordinate in special projects such as; data clean up, process improvement analysis, metrics reporting
Monitor rejects Hub Catch database to ensure items are cleared on a timely basis
Handling and monitoring issue and query mails and escalating issues promptly to the Team Leader/Manager
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
Relationship Management:
Communicate with internal business partners on a frequent basis
Manage business partner expectations and build a good rapport
Qualifications/Eligibility
Strong technical skills including accounting principles and theories
Knowledge of 40 ACTs Accounting
Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organizations
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients
Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills
Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presentation skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment
Relationship building skills - develop internal and external partnerships to drive results
Expert use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and ability to present to senior management
Knowledge of operational controls, management reporting and KRI/KPI reporting desirable
