Primary Objectives:
Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and updating the quality systems .
Responsibilities
Quality Manager has the following duties:
Ensure that all aspects associated with the operation run smoothly and efficiently.
Perform internal audits and customer audits.
Preparation and approval of quality plans and procedures.
Ensure that good, easily retrievable records are maintained of the training, assessment and audits.
Identify remedial actions and issue corrective action requests.
Develop and maintain of approved vendors list.
Other duties as assigned.
Core Competencies:
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
Promotes a productive work environment.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required.
6-10 years of quality assurance experience is preferred.
Other Requirements:
Understands statistical process control and measurement uncertainty.
Corrective actions effectiveness review
Root cause techniques and analysis
Technical Resource on Quality Issues for the laboratory
Manages initiation and training for new employees.
Maintains competency levels for existing employees
Manages information technology

Salary range: $60,000.00 - $83,000.00
Salary increase may occur at the 90 day review based on job performance.
