Arconic is currently in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards - Compensation team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be an expert on broad-based compensation matters ranging from global salary structures, job evaluations and compensation market data, short-term and long-term incentive program design and administration, annual pay-planning process, salary budget planning and a wide variety of projects such as global pay equity analysis. You are able to demonstrate advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capability - the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and extract and communicate clear and concise findings with supportive analysis, and strong interpersonal skills, including comfort interacting with all levels within the organization. Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, and part of the Total Rewards team, this role is the key point of contact for Business Groups/Resource Units and other internal and external stakeholders on total compensation.
