Arconic is currently in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards - Compensation team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be an expert on broad-based compensation matters ranging from global salary structures, job evaluations and compensation market data, short-term and long-term incentive program design and administration, annual pay-planning process, salary budget planning and a wide variety of projects such as global pay equity analysis. You are able to demonstrate advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capability - the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and extract and communicate clear and concise findings with supportive analysis, and strong interpersonal skills, including comfort interacting with all levels within the organization. Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, and part of the Total Rewards team, this role is the key point of contact for Business Groups/Resource Units and other internal and external stakeholders on total compensation. Primary Responsibilities


  • Lead compensation survey participation for the U.S. and global markets
  • Develop salary structures based on internal and external compensation data
  • Consult with business groups and resource units on job evaluations and leveling
  • Design and administer short-term and long-term compensation programs
  • Conduct data analysis for reporting, compliance and presentation purposes, etc.
  • Develop market intelligence on compensation practices and trends
  • Advise business and HR leaders on compensation programs and perspectives
  • Create content for leadership calls and presentations related to compensation
  • Support the total rewards team to deliver programs to maximize financial wellness of employees
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance, HRIS, HRBPs, payroll, legal, and consultants on a wide variety of projects, such as global pay equity analysis and ESG benchmarking
  • Perform other duties similar in nature and scope in line with assigned job level and area of expertise

  • A seasoned professional with the ability to multi-task in a corporate environment with high-volume work periods combined with critical deadlines
  • Maintains attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and commitment to strong customer service

Major Customers:

  • All levels of management in Business Groups and Resource Units
  • Business Group and Resource Unit HR Directors and staff
  • External compensation consultants and data providers

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
    • Minimum 5 years of broad-based compensation administration experience with a consulting firm and/or publicly listed company
    • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

    • Equity administration experience
    • Executive compensation experience
    • HRIS experience (Oracle preferred)
