Springer Nature is an ambitious and dynamic organization that is home to some of the best-known names in research, educational and professional publishing and we have an exciting 6+ month assignment for an experienced Temporary Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will serve as a local HR business partner for the US Journals business while our current HR Manager is on leave and will join and partner with a team of talented HR professionals. Some of the areas of focus will include: employee relations, performance management, coordination and support of variable compensation program and annual salary increase process, change management, HR legal compliance, Journals related projects and other project areas to be identified as needed.
