Your Mission:

This individual must have a positive, outgoing, and engaging personality with strong communication and presentation skills.  Must be able to use strong personal, presentation, and technical skills on live product training calls, as well as be able to articulate and understand technical and vertical talking points, all of which are critical to uncovering and quantifying our client’s needs.  This individual will also utilize their technical background, Interpersonal communication skills, and product/vertical expertise to partner with Sales, Marketing and Support, and function as a key Subject Matter Expert across the organization.  The objective is to provide the highest level of Product education and support contributing towards the successful adoption and long-term usage of our Legal and Accounting Solutions for our client base.  

A significant portion of the Product Trainer role includes delivering live product specific training to clients, hosting and delivering live webinars, participating on sales calls as a subject matter expert, delivering high level demonstrations, and creating/curating various training related collateral and materials.

  

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with new and existing clients as the training resource to provide onboarding and implementation training as well as continuing educational opportunities. Assisting in the sales process, presentations, and meeting to uncover the customers business needs and quantify those needs.

  • Provide strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, technology reviews, requirements definitions, and proof-of-concept scoping.

  • Create and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to meet prospects, customers, or internal needs as the technical expert for your product lines.

  • Become an expert in our products’ features, benefits, and applications to further address our customer needs.

  • Communicate via phone, online video meetings, in-person meetings, and email with prospects guiding them through the evaluation and selection process.

  • Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.

  • Perform research and stay current on all company product lines, competitive products, and new technical trends and technologies in the industry.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include:


  • 3+ years’ experience in an educational or instructional role

  • Experience in a software education role is a plus

  • Must have a positive attitude

  • Effective communicator, listener, and presenter

  • High level of organization and time management

  • Ability to ask probing questions in a conversational manner

  • Display ability to think critically through issues to identify an appropriate solution

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that traverse from executive to technical levels.

  • Maintain a role of ethics and honesty

  • Previous legal or accounting software experience is a plus.

  • Must have high-speed, reliable internet access
