Deposit Services Representative I at First Citizens Community Bank in Mansfield, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Process Debit/ATM card disputes and card ordering, while adhering to the regulations that govern the investigation process and maintains balance of the Worldpay Settlement account to validate the proper posting to customer accounts that have submitted a claim. Performs all ordering of Debit and ATM cards.
Provides back-up assistance to duties within the Deposit Operations Department, remaining current on processes, Bank Procedures and Bank Policies that may apply to the job. Necessity for back-up can be result of staffing levels, system irregularities, cross-training realignment or uncontrollable emergencies.
Performs Fedline Advantage daily processing, which includes wire and large dollar input and transmission and ACH file retrieval and transmission.
Provide superior customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, providing information and performing research when necessary to find answers to a customer's question in accordance with applicable regulations and to the satisfaction of customers
Constructively interacts with coworkers by cooperating with coworkers and otherwise ensure a smooth operation in the department, providing support and assistance to ensure a pleasant work atmosphere.

HOURS will average approximately 40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
