Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  1. Benefits Administration: Provide employee benefits administration for active employees, terminated, and retired employees. Coordinate 401(k) plan and defined benefit administration in collaboration with division HR for compliance and reporting. Assist with annual benefit plan audits, renewals and open enrollment.

  2. Compensation Administration: Prepares market pricing recommendation for promotions and hires. Provides pay statements for recruiting as needed. Coordinates survey completion to provide discounted survey data

  3. Billing and invoicing management: responsible for billing, invoices and process automation. Responsible for reporting and analysis of benefits expenses processing

  4. Communication: Assist with company-wide communications to employees on compensation and benefits, including required notices under the law, open enrollment, wellness and SPDs.

  5. HR Systems Assistance: Assists in the pay and open enrollment processes.    Participates in process improvement projects to streamline and automate compensation delivery.

  6. Other duties as assigned

Experience & Education:


  • 7 to 10 years’ experience as benefits administrator

  • Experience in compensation systems or processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word) – Advanced skills

  • HRIS – Intermediate skills

  • Computers – Intermediate skills
