A prominent hospital in Coachella Valley is looking for an Operating Room RN to join their synergistic team.

This top teaching hospital is recognized as a leader in safety, with special recognition in bariatric and orthopedic surgery. With almost 400 beds, this inpatient facility boast Magnet recognition for nursing excellence utilizing the Shared Governance model of care since 2009. Surgeries at his hospital include Cardiothoracic, Colon/ Rectal, Oral, Neuro, General, Vascular, Ortho, and Bariatric, and Plastic.

The ideal candidate for the OR Surgery RN will be a dynamic nurse with extensive knowledge of both circulating and scrubbing in the operating room.  The position requires a dedicated nurse who is patient focused and service orientated and has a skill for the nursing process and clinical expertise.  The facility creates a synergistic multidisciplinary team who shares core values and beliefs.
