Belcan Government IT Solutions is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler with a strong work ethic to support Product Manager (PdM) Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2) in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The M2S2 Integrated Master Scheduler is an integral team member of the PdM M2S2 Operations Team supporting the M2S2 Product Teams and reports to the Radars Operations Lead.
Duties, Responsibilities and Skills
Create, analyze, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in MS-Product utilizing at least one of the following methods:
[1] Contract principal guiding document such as a Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW)
[2] Implementation Plan/Cost Estimating (IP/CE) spreadsheet, or similar planning and costing spreadsheet
[3] Subject Matter Expert interview and Task List construction.
Baseline the IMS in totality as well as selectively.
Create fields and filters to analyze the IMS and sort for specific Task sets.
Analyze schedule impacts in terms of:
[1] Baseline consistency or alteration
[2] Task Name (and, thereby, Task Scope) alteration
[3] Total Task Count
[4] Critical Path
[5] Start Variance and Finish Variance
[6] Trending.
Collects and analyzes Integrated Master Schedule CDRL deliveries from vendors. Formats and outputs schedules as required.
Participates in working groups and IPTs requiring schedule design or analysis (i.e. Integrated Baseline Reviews, Integrated Product Team meetings, PEO briefing preparation).
Ability to work well in a team environment
QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications are required for position. Educational requirement is a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of supporting DoD Military Project Offices or in lieu of a degree an additional 4 years of supporting DoD Military Project Offices.
Must be a US Citizen and possess a SECRET security clearance
Working familiarity with Microsoft Project Server.
Current or very recent experience using Kidasa Milestones Professional
to create project overview slides
