Basic Purpose:

The responsibilities of the Sr. FP&A Analyst include oversight and preparation of budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting and analysis, operational and management reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making for new initiatives.

This role will support the Director of FP&A in preparing and reviewing complex financial data and will maintain and update the financial models and forecasts. They will review actuals vs. forecasts, investigate material variances, develop tools for improving the forecasting and actual results and roll them out to the executive and management team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in finance, have a good understanding of overall business operations, and will enjoy working on sophisticated and critical projects.

Primary Accountability or Responsibilities:


  • Partner with FP&A teams across various international regions and cross functions to track financial and operating performance.

  • Create and distribute consolidated financial results for executive management with accuracy and integrity

  • Key contributor in quarterly forecast/ annual budgeting and planning process, including headcount planning and implementing appropriate review process

  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses based on review of monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior year

  • Develop key operational metrics and reports, and evaluate financial results and key metrics, utilizing such information to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to educate and consult with leadership regarding financial performance and metrics

  • Perform ad-hoc modeling and analysis, support internal and external financial and management reporting, and contribute to board reporting

  • Develop deep understanding of financial planning and ERP systems to enable and build reporting to support forecasting, close and variance to actuals analysis

  • Ensure that all activities related to this position are accomplished in an ethical, prudent and secure manner

  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Education/Experience/Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other related fields (MBA preferred)

  • Advanced Excel sheet skills required

  • 3 to 5 years FP&A or other finance-related roles

  • Excellent eye for business and ability to relay objectives and translate data to partners within the organization

  • A knack for data visualization - adept at presenting financial data in formats and views that allow operators to quickly stay on top of emerging trends and variances

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport with all levels of the organization

  • Highly collaborative with cross functional team oriented focus

  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of delivering superior results.
