The International Warehouse Compliance Manager plays a key role in ensuring that the requirements and business processes associated with cross-border movements function smoothly, while also ensuring that issues and risks are identified and managed efficiently. This position requires an understanding of export processes and terminologies to ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations such as, the Export Administration Regulation (EAR).

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Interface with internal and external customers in trade compliance matters.


• Participate in Trade Compliance meetings and discussions at the business, group and corporate levels.


• Review business transactions ensuring customs compliance with established processes and procedures


• Respond to inquiries from Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders and other external partner

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 5+years of experience in trade compliance program management


• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or other business-related discipline


• Skilled at executing export shipments within a warehouse environment


• Direct supervision of export compliance and/or warehouse outbound international associates


• Strong working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations and audit practices


• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.


• Experience developing and implementing training programs


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume distribution center environment
