The revenue accounting team is looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Accountant who brings a motivated attitude, a commitment to efficiency and improving processes, and a fresh set of ideas for tackling new and exciting challenges.
Your day to day
Prepare month-end account reconciliations, ad-hoc management reports, and audit requests in a timely manner to meet deadlines in order to adhere to company's schedules
Coordinate regular meetings with multiple sales & marketing process owners to solicit feedback on forecasted discounts programs. Compile results and present summary reports to management. Track actuals and investigate variances from forecasts and prior periods.
Calculate and analyze quarterly accruals for revenue incentives, including look back analysis
Prepare various reporting schedules for areas of responsibility and explanations for variances
Prepare support for quarterly and annual audits; including the compilation and preparation of detailed schedules, work papers, follow up items and financial reports related to areas of responsibility
Assist with SOX initiatives and testing; update SOX narratives, support internal audit requests related to areas of responsibility
Assist Revenue Accounting team with ad hoc projects as needed
Learn and transact accounting for new and complex business models
Recommend and implement methods of process improvement and operational excellence in the revenue accounting department and beyond
What you bring to the team
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
Strong written and oral communication skills
3+ years accounting or audit experience
Industry experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Ability to establish and build effective and cooperative working relationships with business partners (sales, marketing, executive team, development, etc.)
Potential to grow with the company and take on more responsibilities
Strong computer skills, including thorough knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with business applications such as Oracle, Oracle Trade Management, Business Objects, and Hyperion is a plus
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Experience working for international manufacturing company
Organized and detail oriented

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is between$80,000 to $110,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary could vary beyond this range based on your specific skills and experience. This is an incentive-based role.
