The Client Relationship Administrator (CRA) will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) with various facets of the Government Savings plan relationships. This includes 529 Direct college savings plans, 529 Advisor plans, ABLE, Prepaid and/or SFRP (State Facilitated Retirement Plan) programs. Operational support functions include the management and coordination of Meetings, Reporting, Updates and Workflow.

Client Relations
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key partners
Support the Relationship Management team and overall plan goals
Serve as a first line contact for client questions and requests
Remain responsive and attentive to client needs
Maintain responsibility of all operational aspects of your assigned plans
Serve as a plan liaison with internal departments including, but not limited to: Relationship Management, Client Services, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Reporting, Product Owners, Business Analysts, IT & Development
Maintain expertise on all aspects of client and plan relationships ranging from enhancements, changes, and other key initiatives
Be an active and positive member of the Relationship Management team
Meetings
Manage agenda for weekly client status meetings
Track open items and facilitate calls as needed
Coordinate the management of project initiatives
Coordinate as necessary any partner and key stakeholder meetings
Travel to attend and/or support key offsite client meetings
Reporting
Produce all state required reports with 100% accuracy
Prepare quarterly, annual and Board related PowerPoint presentations.
Plan and prepare for Due Diligence meetings and support plan audits
Review quarterly statements for accuracy and consistency
Review and deliver Service Level and Ad-hoc reports as necessary
Updates
Oversee the implementation of any plan related updates, changes or enhancements
Forms, Web, Supplements, Program Descriptions
Workflow
Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

The position will be office-based in Newton, MA or Warwick, RI. The job-profile is currently identified as "hybrid" allowing for partial home-based or remote work, with the expectation that in-office meetings will be periodically required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Operations, Client Service and/or Account Management
Excellent organization and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong team orientation
