Dura-Line is growing fast, and we need some extra support in our People Team for the US. 

We are currently hiring a Contract HR RECRUITER  to work remotely in the Gainesville, TX area to assist our HR managers at the manufacturing sites in US.

This is a temp assignment. M-F flexible 40 hours a week. Pay rate $18/hr-$23/hr DOE. We would provide a laptop and training and looking for someone that can start ASAP. 

Qualifications:

• We need a driven & proactive individual with outstanding attention to detail, that is comfortable working in a multi-site fast-paced environment.


• Must be organized with great project management skills to be able to keep track and for multiple tasks/openings and work with multiple cross-functional teams across the US/Canada.


• A 2-5+ years in high volume recruitment in a manufacturing or staffing environment


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will work with cross-functional remote global teams


• Computer savvy: including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Must have intermediate experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System), SuccessFactors is a plus


• Strong organizational and project management skills, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines


• Must be familiar job boards for actively sourcing candidates (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, SnagAJob).
