About the Job
This role is a strategic role at the epicenter of eCommerce for AT&T's digital channel. While classified in product management, the ideal candidate will have a deep functional background in data analysis and industry depth in online publishing or eCommerce.
The individual will be responsible for developing ad-hoc reporting and recurring dashboards to support the digital merchandising studio in analyzing performance of website content. And they will be equally responsible for contributing to Testing and Personalization Roadmaps through their insights and analyses.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View • Decomposes epics (customer & business requirements) into features and prioritizes them for the product team - coordinate dependencies across scrum teams. Align the features in a product roadmap • Ensure new foundational data requirements (product features) are evaluated, identified and prioritized upfront by including reporting/analytics business requirements within feature • Create ad hoc reports and dashboards to analyze website performance within Adobe Target • Recognize sales trends and correlate marketing campaigns with bottom line sales results. • Work cross-functionally across teams such as Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to develop and analyze site experiments. • Identify opportunities for testing by mapping company business goals to a set of hypotheses. Leverages quantitative and qualitative research insights to drive further experimentation
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/marketing, statistics, applied mathematics, or engineering/computer science or related field. Master's degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or analytics roles • 4+ years of experience with a testing and optimization tool (Monetate, Optimizely, Adobe Test and Target, etc) and the related statistical models used to validate testing results
