There is an additional $6.25/hr Peak Incentive applicable and effective now until 12/31/2021 to all shifts plus shift differentials of up to another $3.00/hr.

Weekday Day Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Weekday Night Shift, Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 3:00am

Weekend Day Shift, Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Weekend Night Shift, Friday - Sunday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Present information using a variety of formats and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures


• Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills


• Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and instructors


• Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs


• Inform management of training program status

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies


• Ability to follow verbal and written directions


• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills


• Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Training


• Professional training certification


• 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role
