Job Summary: In this role you will perform repairs, corrective maintenance, and complex installations. You will act as a mentor to others in resolving incidents.

Responsibilities

• Performs site inspections and monitors the building and IBX alarms




• You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures), and/or managing vendors




• Undertakes repairs and corrective maintenance




• Assists Team Lead in coordinating critical infrastructure




• You are responsible for completion of site logs and data gathering for permits, such as MOPs and scripts




• You are expected to respond to all on-site incidents and take action as required




• May instruct on-site staff during simple incidents




• Completes complex work requests and circuit installations




• Effectively collaborates with internal and external departments




• Provides input to your peers for complex / critical maintenance activities




• Works through issues in a confident, positive way; is able to influence without authority




• Carries out more complex infrastructure projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience




• High School Diploma




• Able to perform all essential job functions, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting and manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation




• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays, if needed and/or required




• Able to lift heavy equipment/items up to 50 pounds
