Job Overview

3rd shift: 8:30pm-7am Monday through Thursday

Primary Responsibilities:
* Operate assigned automated molding machinery
* Ensure component flow
* Troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity
* Perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule
* Perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures

This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

What your background should look like:

Education / Experience:
* Must be able to use hand tools, empty reels, calibration instruments, MTA extrusion molds and parts, and hand jacks
* High energy, self-motivated, attention to detail and willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to lift and carry a maximum weight of 55.1 lbs.
* Must be able to push a peak force of 41.4 lbs.
* Must be able to pull a peak force of 55.6 lbs.
* Frequent standing and balancing throughout the day is required in this job
