RHD is open and hiring for Site Supervisors

Resources for Human Development is seeking mission-driven individuals to join our programs located in the Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton areas. The Site Supervisor creates an environment that empowers individuals through the development of skills and coordination of resources and supportive services. Site Supervisors provide ongoing assessment of direct support professional's work quality and documentation efforts and provide feedback and skills training.

Responsibilities/Duties




  • Assist individuals with medication management by providing education and administering medication as prescribed.

  • Assist individuals with working on goals/ outcomes that are important to them, as outlined in the service plan.

  • Interact with individuals in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner, and practice effective techniques for reinforcing appropriate individual behavior.

  • Monitor, the comfort, and safety of individuals served while ensuring that the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are being met.

  • Assist, as needed, the individuals being supported in all activities of daily living, including bathing, washing, toileting, transferring (one or two people). This varies due to the individual's skill set and physical capabilities.



Required Experience




  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred

  • Two years of experience working with individuals with IDD and Mental Health issues.

  • Knowledge of and compliance with the PA 6400 Regulations and IDS Guidelines.



Required Education



High School Diploma


Required Qualifications



Valid driver's license
