S3 Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support our STORM work on Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Position Description : The Cyber Security Analyst will provide software development expertise to the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office, System Engineering Directorate. Duties include support to the Risk Management Framework Policy and Procedures, eMass maintenance, POA&M development and maintenance, and support to the STORM Information Assurance Manager for all STORM products that require Authority to Operate (ATO). Requires experience articulating and executing Cyber Security and Information Assurance Statements of Work, knowledge of software development processes and Army Acquisition including AGILE development and tools, the ability to translate operational requirements into detailed cybersecurity requirements, experience in creating Certification, and, Accreditation Packages using RMF processes and eMass to receive an ATO for STORM programs. Must have CompTIA CySA certification.

Experience Required: Must have a Bachelor' Degree and three (3) years relevant technical experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, must have a high school Diploma or GED and an additional four (4) years of relevant experience for a total of seven (7) years. Must be able to work independently to organize and conduct analyses/research at the task level and have experience in functional knowledge of program/task order specific requirements. Demonstrated ability in developing functional requirements for complex functional projects also required.

Education Required: A Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience, or, a high school Diploma or GED and four (4) additional years of experience for a total of seven (7) years.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, must have a high school Diploma or GED and an additional four (4) years of relevant exp. for a total of seven (7) years.

Security Clearance Required: Secret Clearance.
